apartment rates

BOOKING NOTES:

1.     All prices are quoted in Euros. Payment can be made in Euros or sterling.  

2.     All prices shown above are based on 1 or 2 occupants using 1 bed.

3.     All prices include bed linen and bath towels (not beach towels) for 1 or two adult occupants staying up to 1 week using one bed.

4.     Guests requesting the use of 2 seperate beds will incur a small laundry charge of 20 euros.

5.     Additional rental supplements of €250 (Rue Hoche) and €200 (Rue Coste Corail) per occupant per week applies when more than 2 occupants stay in the apartment. This supplement includes the extra laundry charge.

6.     Bed linen & towels are changed once every 7 days. Guests who require more frequent cleans and changes of bed linen & towels can request this on the Booking Form.

7.     A damage deposit (€200 Rue Coste Corail / €250 Rue Hoche) will be added to each booking which is refundable at the end of the stay, subject to any damage caused to the property, fixtures, fittings including bedlinen, towels, crockery and glasses and loss of keys.

8.     Simply Cannes does not operate a specific 'check-in' day or time and tries to be flexible to accommodate the needs of its guests so please feel free to enquire.

9.     Guests requiring a meet and greet services and/or those who are arriving from outside UK will incur a small meet and greet charge of €15 Euros. Meet & Greet check-in times are between 9am and 7pm. Any guests requiring a 'Meet & Greet' outside of these times will incur an increased charge of €30.

10.   Check-out should be no later than 14.00h, unless by prior arrangement with Simply Cannes. 

11.   For conferences (excluding the film festival) this price includes the full period of the particular conference. Arriving the day before the conference will incur the daily rental rate as quoted above.   

12.   From Nov - Feb (inclusive) internet connection is an additional €40 at Rue Coste Corail.
