reservations & availability

If you would like to book one of our apartments the process is as follows:

1. Check availability of 19 Rue Coste Corail and 29 Rue Hoche by clicking on the link or contact Simply Cannes by email, telephone or fax. We aim to repond to all enquiries within 2 hours and can confirm availability.

2. We will email or fax over a Booking Form for the relevant property. This must be completed and signed before returning by scan/email or fax.

3. Simply Cannes will contact you to confirm the reservation and supply the invoice with bank details for your payment.

BOOKING NOTES: 1. To book the apartment half the rent is paid immediately and the remaining balance is paid 6 weeks before the arrival date. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the arrival date, the whole amount needs to be paid at the time of booking; 2. A refundable deposit (€200 Rue Coste Corail / €250 Rue Hoche) is required on all bookings; 3. Guests requiring a meet and greet services and/or who are arriving from outside the UK will incur a small meet and greet charge of €15 Euros (this may increase to €30 if arrival is outside of 9am-7pm); 4. Please check out Simply Cannes Terms and Conditions for cancellation policy.
