Located in the heart of Cannes (in the shopping quarter) and only a couple of minutes walk from the conference area, the Corisette and the beach, Rue Hoche is a large one bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor in a typical French building dating back to 1877. The apartment comprises a large sitting room with 2 sofa-beds, 22" flat screen TV & DVD player, cable TV, dining table with 4 chairs and designated study area with broadband internet access. The kitchen is fully-fitted with a dishwasher and American fridge/freezer. The large bedroom is light and airy with plenty of storage and charming balcony overlooking Rue Hoche. The bathroom has a good pressure shower over a full size, deep bath and is equipped with a washing machine.

This 54 sq m apartment is offered fully furnished with bed linen and bath towels and can comfortably sleep up to 3 people (being three sharers/conference delegates or a couple with a child). The apartment has tiled floors and windows in every room which keeps it lovely and cool in the summer. Rue Hoche is located behind the 5* Gray d’Albion hotel in the heart of the exclusive shopping district of central Cannes, moments from and parallel to, Boulevard de la Croisette. This area of Cannes is known as 'Banane' and is peppered with luxury hotels, bars (offering WIFI access), restaurants and nightclubs. It also offers great access (5 minutes walk) to Cannes finest public and private beaches.
